Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at sajedehomidiyan60@gmail.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and correct our mistake promptly.

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer exchanges if there has been a mistake on our part. If your order is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly offer a full refund or an exchange for the correct product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at sajedehomidiyan60@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or incorrect due to our error)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by applicable law)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your purchase qualifies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right does not apply to certain items, including personalized or custom-made products and other exempt goods under applicable law.

To exercise your cancellation rights, the item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
